Experience Design Visual Communication Design Research

Ance Janevica, born in Rīga in 1995, a designer of storytelling objects and experiences. She translates in-depth research into meaningful narratives and user experiences.

Alumni of Design Academy Eindhoven with the projects Pollination Equipment and House of Disinformation. Currently doing postgraduate studies MA in Royal College of Art at Information Experience Design course. The graduation project focuses on combining 3D data-collecting technologies and narratives of landscapes that hold ever-changing identities and complex meanings.

Previous education includes photography, graphic design, textiles, and classical arts. This mix of skills and knowledge is used to power a holistic user experience design process, where the underlying message is communicated through powerful, yet accessible and intriguing aesthetics. Which in turn are driven by the diverse research results, gained from a wide perspective of research methods, including but not limited to the infield, material, digital, and journalism.
